I figured out why people don’t do the right thing. Doing the right thing means putting yourself out there and when you do that you become the target. People will go after you and try to tear you down because it is easier than joining you. Doing the right thing too often means you are standing alone on the outside looking in. Just because you don’t do things the way they would do it doesn’t mean it’s not right but they won’t ask your reasoning. Standing on the outside looking in requires great courage and character.
The masses will gather against you and rally their troops to stop you and then complain about no one doing the right thing. They will often do it wrong themselves then complain about others. They themselves will become an intrigue part of what is wrong because it is easier to belong than not. Then they’ll ask you to fix it when it gets out of control but only if you fix the way they want.
Be your own person and stand your ground. If you do it long enough others might join you.
